Those pesky 'Missing Markers'

OK folks, we've been asking for it for a while now, here and here and here.    What is 'it' you ask?    'IT' is those missing fast moving markers in the third FTDNA panel that are missing from results gotten from SMGF, Ancestry.com and GeneTree.
