We have a new mtDNA participant, Crystal Benita Sutton-Johnson, #m5, whose grandmother's maiden name was Berry.    She is a Genographic Project transfer and her mtDNA is haplogroup L1b.

My announcement of an SMGF upload the other day was a bit premature.    They just did announce it yesterday.    Apparently it was already a fact when I stumbled upon it, however, because I see nothing there now that I didn't then report on.
