Jackie Berry is Participant #181 and is pretty surely an English Colony Berry. Jackie tested 30 markers at Ancestry.com and we have those results and his yAncestry entered into the Project. Unfortunately, Ancestry is one of several companies that doesn't test those 'fast-movers' in FTDNA's third panel so the match isn't quite as solid as it could be. Maybe someday we'll have an economical remedy for this gap.

The Andrew Berry (c. 1735) in the history of Alan Berry (#112) had a 5th son named Samuel (according to the History of Marion County by W.W. Sellers). Perhaps Jackie descends from that Andrew.
